Founder, Adonni Harps-Jones

Adonni Harps-Jones is a California native who loves to help those in need. After having a conversation with her sister in 2018 about taking action in life, the term “Zero to Necessary” was born. Throughout her life, Adonni has given back multiple times whether community service at a local church or listening to family and loved ones. She has 30+ years of customer service at the Department of Motor Vehicle and an Associates degree from Long Beach City College.

Jayton Harps is an advocate for the community. He currently lives in San Diego and lead multiple teams throughout his lifetime. A software engineer by day and a business man by night, he doesn’t cease to stop. Jayton holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science at San Diego State University and a Masters of Science in Management Information Systems from National University and a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Southern California.
